  • Explain the purchase contract and importance of disclosures, terms and deadlines.
  • Make sure you have explored your financing options and will make sure you don't pay too much for your new home. I will provide you with a recent home sales analysis (a CMA) so you can make an informed buying decision.
  • Provide you with information about the local market area. Not just about homes for sale, but about schools, neighborhoods, the local economy and more.
  • Help you negotiate counter offers or additional credits.
  • Track deadlines for disclosures and inspections. Ensure any issues are completed or resolved to your satisfaction.
  • Work with you even after the sale is complete for all your houseSOLD needs!
